If i could, I would give this company zero stars. We bought a ticket for Royal Jordanian, we payed for the ticket, they just gave us a paper with nothing of significance on it. My husband is at the airport and the staff had told him that this paper is nothing. No proof that he paid for his ticket or even has a ticket.
I strongly agree with below review. Do your self a favor! STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRAVEL AGENCY!!! They are lire and thieves. My dad recently book his ticket thru them and he drove always to JFK and when he get there, he was told he don't have reservation and he end up paying more to catch another flight. So we call them many times to refund the money and they told us to stop by the office to pickup a check, their check bounced. This place should be shot down.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER!!!! They tell you everything is good and when you go to the airport you have NO RESERVATIONS! THIEVES! this place should be closed down!!!
these people are theives he tock our money. We came to Zurich to vist my uncle for a week now on the paper were suspost to go back to the usa on the 22 we went to the airport that day knowing everything was Okay. now we payed cash but on the computer says we payed with credit card and plus were not even on the system to return to the usa if we wanted to leave we had to pay $4000 dollars wich we sed no because we already paid once i don't recommend going here thay are liers.please report
I wouldn't even give them a star if I had a choice ! They are a very unprofessional business, they are scam artists! To make a story short my mom had a ticket that she had issues with due to violence in Europe , hence all the mishap my mom needed to cancel and then after rebook, these individuals did what I stated and then made my mom pay extra due to their stupidity! They are horrible we end up going to the airport and she didn't even have a valid ticket booked!!! I should of known since they where apprehended on money laundering and other criminal offenses! CROOKS ! STAY AWAY DUE YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. THESE GUYS ARE ILLEGAL DEALERS THEY STEAL PEOPLE'S MONEY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND ALL THE ABOVE!!!!!!
